Introduce the lesson. Set a friendly and engaging tone. Briefly announce that today we'll learn about emotions and why they matter.

Introduction & Warm-Up

Guide students through a brief discussion. Ask them what emotions mean to them and share examples from their experiences. Emphasize that all feelings are part of our human experience.

Emotion Identification Activity

Explain the Emotion Identification Activity. Hand out the Interactive Emotion Cards and instruct students to match emotions with personal experiences. Encourage them to listen and learn from one another.

Role-Playing Scenarios

Prepare students for role-playing scenarios. Explain that they will work in small groups to act out scenarios emphasizing clear emotion expression and empathy. Remind them to be supportive and respectful.

Conclusion & Reflection

Conclude by gathering reflections on the activities. Ask how the students felt participating and what they learned about handling emotions. Summarize the key takeaways.
