Welcome to Emotions in Motion

Welcome students to the session. Introduce the concept of emotions and explain that today we'll explore different feelings and learn how to manage them.

What Are Emotions?

Discuss what emotions are with students. Use simple language and ask for examples. Emphasize that all emotions are valid.

Emotion Cards

Show the emotion cards to the students. Point to each card and ask them to name the emotion depicted. Encourage friendly discussion and validate each response.

Group Activity: Emotions Mapping

Guide students through creating an 'Emotion Map' on the interactive whiteboard. Ask them to share what they feel and place it on the map. Facilitate discussion on similarities and differences.

Reflection & Closing

Wrap-up the session by asking students to share one strategy they can use when they feel overwhelmed. Summarize key takeaways and encourage them to practice these skills daily.
