Introduce the slide by explaining that emotions are tools we all have and that learning about them can help us manage our feelings better.

Exploring Emotions

Highlight the different emotions with simple images or icons. Ask the student if they've felt these emotions and what might trigger them.

Emotional Strategies

Discuss strategies like taking deep breaths, talking to someone, or taking a break. Use interactive questions about what might work best for the student.

Your Personal Emotional Toolbox

Conclude with a recap and encourage the student to think of one strategy they want to keep in their personal toolbox. Prompt them with a reflective question.
