Introduce the lesson with a warm welcome and a brief overview of empowerment and personal strengths. Highlight the goal of creating a personal poster that reflects how each student is unique.

What Are Personal Strengths?

Explain the concept of personal strengths. Use concrete examples and ask students to think of qualities they value in themselves.

Brainstorming Activity

Discuss the brainstorming activity. Encourage students to share ideas with a partner or in small groups. Mention that sticky notes can be used to jot down thoughts.

Poster Creation

Outline the main poster creation activity. Remind students to be creative with visuals and words, emphasizing the idea that their poster is a representation of their unique personal strengths.
