Lesson Plan
Emotion Exploration Outline
Students will build emotional vocabulary and self-awareness by identifying and labeling a range of emotions in real-life scenarios, then reflect on their own feelings. Actionable goals: name at least eight emotions accurately and practice self-check-out.
Understanding and expressing emotions strengthens mental health, fosters empathy, and equips students with language to navigate daily social challenges and stressors.
