Greet the students happily and say we're going to learn about feelings. Use simple words like happy, sad, and calm.

Feelings We Know

Show pictures of basic feelings. Ask students to point to or say the name of the feeling.

Introduce the Sesame Street video. Tell the students that they'll watch a fun clip to guess the emotion.

Simple Ways to Calm Down

Discuss simple ways to feel better. Ask the children to share one way that helps them calm down.

Let’s Talk About What We Learned

Wrap up with a review. Ask each child to say one thing they learned or liked about the video.
