How Are You Feeling Today?

Kick off with a warm-up discussion. Ask students to share how they're feeling today. Use guiding questions to keep the conversation flowing.

Interactive Emotion Chart

Display the interactive chart and guide students through the various emotions. Prompt them to mimic facial expressions or share a quick story if they're comfortable.

Emotion Flashcards Show-and-Tell

Transition into a fun show-and-tell using emotion flashcards. Prompt students with questions to help them recall and articulate moments when they felt these emotions.

Closing and Reflection

Conclude with a summary of what was learned. Encourage one final sharing of feelings from the students to reinforce the day’s key messages.
