Welcome to Feelings in Motion!

Introduce the lesson: welcome students and briefly explain that today, we're going to explore different feelings. Use colorful images or icons of faces showing different emotions. Emphasize that it's okay to feel many different emotions.

Warm-Up Discussion

Guide the students through the warm-up discussion. Ask them questions like 'How do you feel today?' and 'What does happy or sad look like?' Use visual cues if possible.

Emotion Movement Activity

Conduct the emotion movement activity. Display emotion cards and instruct each child to mimic the emotion shown. Encourage turn-taking and sharing.

Group Reflection

Conclude the lesson with a reflection discussion. Ask students what they learned and how they feel about the activity. Reinforce that it's normal to have different feelings.
