Introduction to Body Language

Introduce students to the concept of body language. Explain that body language is a way we can express emotions without words. Ask students to share what they think body language is.

Happy Body Language

Show images or describe how physical expressions can indicate happiness. Encourage students to mimic the poses, such as smiling broadly or showing open arms.

Sad Body Language

Provide examples or images of sad body language. Ask students how they might physically show sadness (e.g., slumped shoulders, downcast eyes), and discuss why these gestures make sense.

Angry Body Language

Illustrate angry expressions with images or descriptions. Discuss how clenched fists or a stern face can indicate anger. Remind students to use safe and controlled movements.

Review and Discussion

Summarize the key points and encourage students to recall different body language cues. Ask them to share examples from their own experiences.
