Welcome to Feelings Unlocked!

Introduce the lesson by welcoming the students and explaining that today we will learn about different feelings. Use simple language and ask students to think about how they feel today. Remind to display the Emotion Wheel Visual Aid and explain briefly what each section represents.

Let's Explore Our Feelings

Divide the class into small groups and distribute the Feelings Expression Activity Cards. Explain the activity clearly, emphasizing discussion among group members. Encourage students to determine which card scenario matches a particular emotion from the Emotion Wheel.

Wrap-Up & Reflection

Gather the full class for a reflection session. Ask guiding questions to help students articulate what they learned about expressing their feelings. Summarize key points and reinforce the importance of understanding one’s emotions.
