Fitness Fun Facts Quiz!

Welcome students to the Fitness Fun Facts quiz! Introduce yourself and explain that you’ll play a quick trivia game about healthy habits. Prompt everyone to get ready to answer using thumbs-up/thumbs-down or colored cards.

Warm-Up Discussion

Warm-up: Ask students “What’s one thing you already know about exercise or healthy eating?” Call on 2–3 volunteers. Transition: “Great ideas—now let’s see what fun facts we have!”

Question 1: True or False

After responses, reveal the answer: True. Running strengthens your heart by improving blood flow, lung capacity, and overall cardiovascular health.

Question 2: Multiple Choice

Answer: C) 60 minutes. Kids ages 6–17 should get at least 60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity daily to stay healthy and energized.

Question 3: True or False
