Food Mood Map Lesson Plan

Students will quickly link two charcuterie board items (salami, cheese, strawberries, grapes, chocolate, pretzels) to their key nutrients and map the emotions they experienced, then choose one new nutrition habit to support emotional well-being.

Using familiar, hands-on foods helps students make concrete connections between what they eat and how they feel, even in a short session.
