Friends for All

Students will learn the purpose of Special Day Class, practice volunteering to support peers with special needs, and create a personal friendship promise to foster empathy and inclusion.

This lesson builds empathy, kindness, and cooperative skills essential for an inclusive classroom environment. It empowers 4th-grade students to proactively support classmates with special needs, reduce conflicts, and strengthen peer relationships as part of MTSS Tier 1 universal supports.
