Welcome students! Introduce our lesson on Friendship Superpowers. Tell them they’ll discover three special skills—empathy, active listening, and cooperation—that help us be great friends.

Warm-Up: Gather students in a circle. Ask them to share what they think a “friendship superpower” might be. Write their ideas on the board under the prompt.

Explain the rules of Emotion Charades. Show the Emotion Cards PDF. Invite volunteers to act out an emotion while classmates guess. Emphasize noticing facial expressions and body language.

Pair students and hand out scenario cards. Model one round with a volunteer: listener makes eye contact, nods, and repeats back what they heard. Then let pairs practice for one minute each.

Divide into teams of 3–4 and give each group a puzzle set. Remind them to share pieces, take turns placing parts, and ask teammates for help when needed.

Distribute Exit Ticket Worksheets. Encourage students to draw or write one superpower they used today or want to practice. Collect for a quick check of understanding.
