Fruit of the Spirit: Cultivating Character

Welcome students and introduce the lesson title. Explain that today's session is about exploring the Fruit of the Spirit and how these virtues can be present in our daily lives.

Galatians 5:22-23

Read the scripture aloud and emphasize each fruit. Ask students if they are familiar with these verses and what they mean to them.

Group Discussion

Facilitate a group discussion. Ask the prompt, 'Which fruit resonates most with you and why?' Encourage all students to share and reflect on possible real-life applications.

Reflective Activity

Explain the reflective activity where students write a journal entry about a time they exhibited one of these virtues. Ensure students understand the goal is personal reflection on growth.

Closing Summary

Summarize the session highlighting each fruit and its relevance. Encourage students to keep these thoughts in mind and choose one virtue to focus on for the coming week.
