Lesson Plan

Game On, Stress Off Plan

Students will explore and practice three coping techniques—stress awareness, breath control, and peer support—through fun, sports-themed activities to build emotional resilience in 45 minutes.

Physical play offers a familiar, low-threat context for teens to learn and internalize coping skills. By linking regulation techniques to games, students boost engagement, reduce anxiety, and develop lifelong stress-management habits.
