Golden SEL Rush Lesson Plan

Students will pan for “Emotional Gold,” conquer “Team Claim Challenges,” and mine “Resilience Riches,” building self‐awareness, collaboration, and grit in a fun gold rush–themed SEL adventure.

By practicing emotional recognition, collaborative problem-solving, and resilience reflection, 6th graders gain skills to understand themselves, work well with others, and bounce back from setbacks.
