What is Gratitude?

Explain the concept of gratitude. Share simple examples from everyday life. Encourage students to think of times they felt thankful.

The Chain Reaction

Illustrate how one act can lead to another. Use visuals to depict a chain reaction. Ask students to imagine how their kind note could start a positive reaction in the classroom.

Reflection and Sharing

Guide students in reflecting on the activity. Encourage sharing of feelings and insights from expressing gratitude during the activity. Summarize key points and reinforce the idea of a 'gratitude chain reaction.'
