Students will understand the importance of manners and gratitude, practice polite behaviors through charades, and express thankfulness by creating thank-you notes.

Fostering manners and gratitude builds empathy, strengthens peer and adult relationships, and creates a positive classroom culture. These social–emotional skills support students’ well-being and real-world interactions.
