Lesson Plan

Gratitude Garden

Promote positivity and mindfulness

In this lesson, students will create a 'Gratitude Garden' on a bulletin board by posting daily or weekly notes of gratitude. Each flower in the garden represents something they are thankful for. This activity promotes positivity and mindfulness by encouraging students to reflect on the good in their lives. It helps students develop a habit of gratitude, which can improve their overall well-being and social-emotional skills.
