Welcome students and introduce the topic. Explain that today we will learn about healthy habits that help us stay strong and happy!

What Does Being Healthy Mean?

Briefly discuss what health means. Ask students what they think it means to be healthy and encourage participation.

Nutrition: Fuel for Our Bodies

Introduce nutrition. Use visuals of fruits and vegetables and have examples of a balanced diet. Ask students to name some healthy foods they like.

Exercise & Hygiene: Active & Clean

Discuss the importance of exercise and hygiene with engaging visuals, like kids playing and images of washing hands. Ask how these activities help us stay healthy.

Group Activity

Set up the interactive group activity. Divide students into small groups and distribute the handout. Remind them to list their daily healthy habits.
