Lesson Plan

Emotions Exploration Plan

Students will identify, express, and share at least three emotions through interactive check-ins, photo cards, drawing, and storytelling, fostering empathy and self-awareness.

Young children need emotional vocabulary and safe opportunities to express feelings. This lesson builds self-awareness, trust, and a supportive classroom community.
