I Am Amazing!

Introduce the lesson by welcoming the students and explaining that today they will learn about positive affirmations. Use an enthusiastic tone to capture their attention.

What are Positive Affirmations?

Explain what positive affirmations are in very simple terms. Use images or simple examples like 'I am kind', 'I am smart'. Ask if they know any other positive words about themselves.

Self-Talk is Powerful!

Discuss self-talk and how using kind words with ourselves can make us feel happy. Connect the concept of self-talk with the upcoming card-making activity.

Let's Create Affirmation Cards

Introduce the craft activity: making affirmation cards. Explain that every student will create a card with positive words. Remind them to share their card with a friend to spread the positivity.

Group Cheer!

Wrap up the lesson by recapping the affirmations learned. Lead a group cheer with a fun, engaging tone to celebrate everyone's efforts.
