Introduce the concept of self-advocacy. Explain that today we will learn how to speak up for our feelings and needs. Encourage a warm, welcoming environment.

Role-Play Activity

Facilitate the role-play activity. Use the Role-Play Scenario Cards to present simple, relatable scenarios. Encourage the student to express what they need or how they feel, and provide positive feedback along the way.

Reflection & Wrap-Up

Guide a reflective discussion about the activity. Ask the student what they learned and how the exercise made them feel. Emphasize the importance of speaking up and provide positive affirmations.
