Ignite Your Drive

Welcome everyone! Introduce yourself and explain that today’s 30-minute session, “Ignite Your Drive,” will help them discover their personal motivators, tackle common barriers, and commit to a plan of action. Briefly run through the agenda.

Session Objectives

Read aloud each objective. Emphasize that by pinpointing motivators, overcoming barriers, and creating an action plan, they’ll leave with concrete steps to maintain momentum.

Warm-Up: Motivation Icebreaker

Distribute the [Motivation Icebreaker Cards](#motivation-icebreaker-cards). Have each participant draw one card, share their motivator, and invite 1–2 comments from the group to build rapport.

Identify Personal Motivators

Hand out the [Personal Motivation Worksheet](#personal-motivation-worksheet). Give participants 5 minutes to list and rate their top 3 motivators. Then have them pair up for a 3-minute discussion about why these matter to them.

Overcome Common Barriers

Pass out the [Barrier-Busting Strategies Handout](#barrier-busting-strategies-handout). In groups of 3–4, ask participants to name their biggest dips in motivation and use the handout to brainstorm solutions.

Goal-Setting & Action Planning

Distribute the [Reflection and Goal-Setting Template](#reflection-goal-setting-template). Ask participants to choose one specific goal, outline 2–3 action steps, write each on a sticky note, and post on the board. Conclude by encouraging accountability partnerships.
