Airborne Agility Warm-Up

Welcome everyone! Introduce the “Airborne Agility” warm-up deck. Explain that this 8-minute session features four jump stations to boost agility, coordination, and cardiovascular health.

Session Objectives

Review the goals so students know what they’ll accomplish today.

Safety & Technique Tips

Emphasize safety first. Remind students to clear space and maintain control.

Station 1: Two-Foot Jumps

Demonstrate two-foot jumps. Cue explosive takeoff and controlled landing.

Station 2: Single-Leg Hops

Show how to alternate legs. Stress balance on each side.

Station 3: Lateral Jumps

Model lateral jumps over a line or low marker. Highlight controlled side-to-side movement.

Station 4: Tuck Jumps

Demonstrate tuck jumps. Remind students to lift knees and land softly.

Warm-Up Flow

Explain the rotation pattern. Use a timer: 45s work, 15s rest. Circulate and give feedback.

Reflection & Wrap-Up

Bring students together for a quick debrief. Encourage sharing and reinforce technique.
