Welcome to Kindness Counts!

Introduce the lesson by setting a positive tone. Explain that today we will explore what kindness means and how it affects our lives.

What is Kindness?

Facilitate a discussion. Ask students for their thoughts on kindness and record their ideas on the board to visually capture their contributions.

Discussion & Reflection

Prompt students to recall a personal experience where they experienced or witnessed kindness. Encourage discussion among peers to build a supportive dialogue.

Reflection Activity

Distribute the reflection worksheet. Give clear instructions on how they should complete the activity and encourage sharing with a partner or small groups.

Closing & Sharing

Conclude the session by inviting students to share their reflections. Summarize the key points discussed and reinforce the importance of practicing kindness daily.
