Kindness Quest Lesson Plan

In this 30-minute session, students will define kindness, recognize feelings in themselves and others, and practice kind actions through role-play and reflection—building empathy and positive peer relationships.

Helping 2nd graders develop empathy and prosocial behavior fosters a caring classroom climate, supports emotional growth, and reduces conflicts by strengthening friendships.
