Kindness Time Capsule Lesson Plan

3rd graders will reflect on key moments of empathy and kindness from the school year and collaboratively create a tangible ‘Kindness Time Capsule,’ capturing memories and setting personal intentions to foster future acts of kindness.

This lesson builds social-emotional skills by encouraging self-reflection, reinforcing a culture of empathy and kindness, and strengthening classroom community connections.
