Lesson Plan

Little Brave Hearts Lesson Plan

By the end of this 30-minute lesson, the student will identify feelings associated with social anxiety, practice a calming breathing technique, and role-play a simple social scenario to build confidence and emotional awareness.

Social anxiety can hinder a child’s willingness to engage with peers and participate in class. Teaching coping skills early builds emotional regulation, self-confidence, and resilience.
