Magic Calm Cloud Lesson Plan

Students will learn to identify basic emotions and practice a guided mindful breathing exercise called the Magic Calm Cloud to manage big feelings during the school day.

Building early emotional regulation skills helps kindergarteners recognize their feelings, calm themselves when upset, and maintain focus, supporting positive classroom behavior and social-emotional growth.
