Welcome students enthusiastically. Briefly introduce yourself and today’s high-energy 15-minute focus. Ask: “Who here feels like there aren’t enough hours in the day?” to hook interest.

Objectives

Explain why clear objectives help keep everyone on track. Walk through each objective one by one.

Why Prioritize?

Highlight the benefits of prioritization: less stress, more confidence, clearer focus. Share a quick personal example.

Task Prioritization

Guide students as they write tasks on sticky notes. Model one task on the whiteboard, classifying it High/Medium/Low. Then have students come up to place theirs.

Create Your Mini-Plan

Distribute the [Mini-Plan Worksheet](#mini-plan-worksheet-material). Show an example of breaking “Study for math quiz” into two or three mini-steps.

Timer Activity

Start the timer on the projector or use individual timers. Encourage students to silence phones and focus. Walk around to support and motivate.
