Welcome to Mood Control!

Introduce the lesson by welcoming students and briefly explaining that they will learn about different feelings and moods. Highlight that understanding their emotions is important.

What Are Moods?

Show colorful images that represent different moods (happy, sad, angry, calm). Ask the students which moods they recognize and encourage them to share how each mood feels.

Understanding & Managing Emotions

Facilitate an interactive discussion. Ask students to think of times they felt a specific mood. Encourage them to share simple strategies like taking deep breaths or talking to a friend when they feel upset.
