Mastering the Art of Friendship

Introduce the lesson by welcoming the students and providing an overview of the session. Highlight the importance of communication, empathy, and conflict resolution in building strong friendships.

What Makes a Good Friend?

Engage the students by asking them what qualities they believe make a good friend. Encourage them to share personal experiences and reflect on how active listening and respectful conversations have helped them.

Interactive Role-Play Activity

Explain the role-play activity clearly. Divide the class into small groups and distribute the Social Skills Role-Play Cards. Walk around to give feedback and help guide the scenarios focusing on conflict resolution and problem-solving in friendships.

Reflection & Closing

For the closing reflection, hand out the Friendship Reflection Handout. Ask students to share a key takeaway and one action step for improving their friendships. Summarize the session and reinforce the importance of these skills in everyday interactions.
