Math Expo Lesson Plan
Students will collaboratively design and present a visual Math Expo showcasing a 4th grade math skill (e.g., multiplication, fraction equivalence, area measurement) using visuals, explanations, and academic language supports aligned to NYS standards.
This culminating project reinforces year-long math learning, builds confidence in ESL learners by integrating language supports, and promotes real-world math communication and peer feedback.
