Mindful Breathing and Visualization

Introduce the topic and set the tone for the session. Emphasize the importance of mindfulness in reducing stress and increasing focus.

Why Practice Mindfulness?

Briefly share the benefits of mindful breathing and visualization. Ask students to think about times they have felt stressed and how these techniques might have helped.

Guided Breathing Exercise

Guide students through the breathing exercise. Remind them to take deep, slow breaths and focus on their breathing. Visualize calm images as you read out the instructions.

Visualization Activity

Introduce the visualization activity by asking students to close their eyes and imagine a peaceful setting. Encourage them to visualize details, engage senses, and later share their experience.

Reflection & Discussion

Facilitate a discussion where students share their experiences and talk about how they felt during the exercises. Encourage sharing of personal techniques for managing stress.
