Slide Deck

Breathe In, Breathe Out

Welcome students and introduce the purpose of this mini deck: to practice deep breathing and feel calm. Use a gentle, encouraging tone.

What Is Deep Breathing?

Explain that deep breathing means filling the belly with air instead of just the chest. Use a soft, reassuring voice.

Step 1: Inhale

Guide students: count slowly to four as they watch the screen. Pause on the inhale count.

Step 2: Hold

Hold gently, without straining. Count to two with a calm tone.

Step 3: Exhale

Encourage slow, complete exhalation through the mouth. Count to four with a soft voice.

Let’s Practice Together

Lead the group through three full cycles. Count each phase out loud and invite students to follow.

Great Job!

Praise their effort and remind them these steps can be used anytime they feel stressed or need a quick break.
