What Is Mindfulness?

Breathing Exercise

Lead students to sit comfortably. Guide them through 2 minutes of paced breathing.

Body-Scan Meditation

Guide a full-body scan. Allow 30–45 seconds per region. Use soft tone.

Reflective Journaling

Distribute the journal template. Explain prompts and encourage honest reflection.
