Welcome everyone! Today we’re starting a new daily routine called “Mindful Moments.” This short practice will help you calm your minds and focus for the day ahead. Let’s begin!

Grounding Warm-Up (5-4-3-2-1)

Guide students through each sense step slowly, pausing for breaths. Encourage them to notice details they might normally overlook.

Mindful Listening

Explain that we’re practicing deep listening to notice sounds around us. Play the clip quietly and invite students to raise hands when they hear something new.

Guided Body Scan

Lead students on a calm journey from toes to head. Remind them to breathe gently and release any tension they feel.

One-Word Check-In

Invite each student to share a single word. This quick check-in helps them notice how they feel after the practice.

Transition Back to Class

Smoothly transition back to your regular morning routine or next lesson.
