Welcome to Guided Imagery

Introduce the guided imagery session. Remind students to think of a favorite peaceful place. Encourage them to share what they see if they're comfortable.

A Calm, Beautiful Nature

Display a calm, nature image to set the tone. Teacher can ask, "What do you see?"

Describe Your Peaceful Place

Encourage the children to reflect on what makes this place peaceful. Teacher can prompt questions like, "What sounds do you hear?"

Time to Share

Cue the transition back to discussion. Remind the students that their feelings are important.
