Improve engagement, focus, and motivation

This lesson will introduce students to mindfulness and grounding techniques. Students will watch a video, practice the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique, and engage in a reflection discussion. The goal is to help students improve their focus, engagement, and motivation through mindfulness.
