Introduce students to the session and set a friendly tone. Emphasize that today's lesson will explore how we can focus and find calm by being mindful.

What is Mindfulness?

Explain in simple terms what mindfulness is. Ask students if they have ever felt really calm and how that felt.

Introduce the video by explaining that it will show a simple meditation. Remind students to watch and listen carefully.

Facilitate a discussion by asking open-ended questions. Encourage students to share their thoughts and feelings about the video.

Mindfulness Activity

Guide the students through the mindfulness activity, reminding them to use their worksheet for drawing or breathing exercises. Walk around for support.
