Students will identify and express a range of emotions by discussing Mood Cow’s feelings in the story and practicing nonverbal expression through a charades activity.

Session 2 Lesson Plan

In Session 2, students revisit Mood Cow’s emotions, match story scenarios to Cow’s expressions, and engage in mindfulness exercises through breathing and movement activities.
