Mindful Motion Stories

Emotional regulation and empathy

In this lesson, students will engage in a storytelling session where they act out actions and emotions as characters in a story. This kinesthetic activity helps students connect feelings with physical expressions, promoting emotional regulation and empathy. By participating in this activity, students will learn to better understand and express their emotions, as well as recognize and empathize with the emotions of others.
