What Is Mindful Scrolling?

Define mindful scrolling in simple terms. Emphasize paying attention to feelings and taking breaks when needed.

Pros of Social Media

Invite students to share positive aspects of social media they’ve experienced. Record their ideas under a “Benefits” column on the whiteboard.

Social Media Feelings Chart

Introduce the chart. Explain how to use it during group work to map posts to feelings.

Scenario Analysis
