Move It! Agility Circuit

Welcome everyone! Introduce today’s circuit: Move It! Agility Circuit. Explain we’ll work on quick feet, coordination, and body awareness through four stations, plus warm-up and cool-down.

Dynamic Warm-Up (5 min)

Lead students through each movement, cue tempo, and model form. Emphasize active muscles and posture.

Station 1: Cone Weave & Jump Drills

Set up cones 2–3 meters apart. Demonstrate weaving quickly then two-foot jumps over cones. Encourage students to stay low and balanced.

Station 2: Ladder Quick-Feet / Hula Hoops

Show quick-feet pattern on ladder or in/out pattern on hoops. Stress soft landings and controlled steps.

Station 3: Shuttle Sprints

Demonstrate shuttle sprint turns: touch line, pivot quickly. Emphasize acceleration and strong push-offs.

Station 4: Jump Rope Coordination

Model alternating jump rope technique. Observe rhythm and encourage wrist-driven turns.

Circuit Rotation & Timing

Explain rotation procedure. Use whistle to signal transitions. Ensure one minute for water & station set-up.

Safety & Form Tips

Reinforce critical safety points. Circulate to correct form and reduce injury risk.

Track Your Progress

Hand out trackers now or at start of tracking segment. Encourage honest self-assessment and goal setting.

Mindful Movement Cool-Down (3 min)

Cue students through each stretch, focus on breathing and mindful awareness of muscles recovering.

Reflection & Next Steps

Invite a few volunteers to share insights. Reinforce positive effort and describe next practice opportunity.
