Lesson Plan

Turn-Taking Game Plan

Students will practice foundational turn-taking skills by requesting, waiting, and sharing a soft ball in a structured pass game, aiming for independent use of verbal cues like “My turn” and “Your turn” across multiple exchanges.

Turn-taking is a core social communication skill. This session gives targeted, one-on-one support to strengthen pragmatic language through fun, scaffolded play, boosting confidence and reciprocal conversational abilities.
