My Year in Bloom

Welcome students and set the tone for today’s wrap-up. Explain that we’ll reflect on our year, celebrate achievements, and plan for summer fun!

Warm-Up & Grounding

Lead students through a simple breathing exercise. Show Mood Meter cards so they can pick the color that matches how they feel.

Reflect on Your Growth

Distribute the [Growth Reflection Worksheet](#growth-reflection-worksheet). Encourage students to write honestly and thoughtfully.

Create Your Bloom Bouquet

Hand out the [Bloom Bouquet Template](#bloom-bouquet-template). Circulate and praise creative ideas.

Share & Celebrate

Group students in threes. Remind them to listen and encourage one another. Provide sticky notes for compliments.

Set Summer Intentions

Give each student the [Summer Intentions Chart](#summer-intentions-chart). Prompt them to think of one fun or learning goal.

Looking Ahead

Reinforce key messages: celebrate growth, look ahead with excitement. Thank students and wish them a happy summer.
