Peace Pathfinders Lesson Plan

Over eight 40-minute sessions, 4th–6th graders will learn to identify emotions, use “I-Messages,” listen actively, practice empathy, follow problem-solving steps, and collaborate—building skills to resolve peer conflicts.

Teaching conflict-resolution skills helps students manage disagreements constructively, boosts empathy, improves classroom climate, and fosters teamwork.
