Peace Pathways Lesson Plan

Students will learn three key conflict-resolution strategies—active listening, empathy, and collaborative problem-solving—to peacefully manage disagreements. They will model and practice these strategies through discussion, role-play, and reflection.

Teaching conflict-resolution skills promotes empathy, reduces classroom disruptions, and empowers students to build respectful relationships and a positive learning environment.
